A series of modern unit extraction technologies have been developed to solve the problems in the domestic traditional Chinese medicine industry, such as too simple extraction process and extraction equipment of traditional Chinese medicine effective components, low extraction efficiency, unstable quality, large energy consumption and difficult monitoring of the extraction process.
Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction Technology
Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology has established the advanced supercritical carbon dioxide extraction system including two extraction processes and two separation processes, added the entrainer system and automatic medicinal materials delivery system, added the temperature, pressure and flow monitoring devices, and realized the automatic control of temperature and pressure through the heating module and the pressurization module. The technology is combined with near-infrared measurement technology to realize online detection of effective components, and PLC system is used to automatically record all parameters and detection results during the extraction process. Finally, the whole process is automatically controlled by computer. The technology is characterized by high extraction rate and strong extraction selectivity of effective components; low operating temperature and undamaged effective components; short production cycle; energy and labor saving; simple process and convenient operation; and realizes online detection and automatic control compared with the existing supercritical extraction technology.
Efficient multi-stage dynamic countercurrent extraction technology
The multi-stage dynamic countercurrent continuous extraction technology is developed on the basis of single-stage extraction, and online detection is performed on the continuous extraction process. Through model transformation, the content of effective components in the extraction process is detected in real time to determine the extraction end point; and automatic switching is realized through the closed-loop control of the valve and the frequency modulation control of the pump. The multi-stage dynamic countercurrent extraction technology can achieve continuous process, higher yield of effective components, greatly shortened time, reduced solvent consumption, and lower energy consumption of water, electricity and gas.
Efficient, stable and controllable water extraction and ethanol extraction technology
Through the improvement of extraction equipment, online detection and control devices are added to real-time monitor the parameters such as steam pressure, steam temperature, internal pressure of extraction tank, temperature, stirring speed, solvent flow and time in the extraction process, detect the content of effective components in the extraction process in real time, determine the extraction end point, and realize automatic control over the delivery of medicinal materials, water and steam as well as the discharging (slagging) process.
