She presided over the construction of the one and only “National Engineering Research Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Process Technology and New Drugs Innovation” in the country, which has passed the new round of national optimization and integration with high standards, made innovative contributions to the modernization and industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine extraction and separation technology, and taken the leading position in the field.
        She presided over the “Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation of Famous and Excellent Chinese Patent Medicine Industry”, a major national science and technology project of key new drugs innovation during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, and took the lead in proposing the overall thinking, systematic operation and three-cycle interaction principles followed by the cultivation of big brand traditional Chinese medicine, which provided an example for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry and expedited the birth of a number of big brand traditional Chinese medicine.
        She presided over the “Research and Development of Classical Prescriptions Based on the Consistency Evaluation Technology of Classical Prescriptions”, a major national science and technology project of key new drugs innovation during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, and provided a demonstration for the research of classical prescriptions in many aspects, such as historical research and study on the rules of prescription.
        She presided over the “Public Service Capacity Building for the Supply Guarantee of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials in South China and Northwest China”, a major project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, and made positive contributions to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
       She has undertaken 19 government projects at all levels, won 12 science and technology awards above provincial and ministerial level, obtained 18 authorized invention patents, published more than 90 papers and 10 monographs.
        She has established the scientific and technological innovation system of “internal integration and external borrowing of intelligence”, greatly improved the scientific and technological competitiveness of GPHL, given GPHL a new impetus for development in the “post hundred billion era”, and promoted the GPHL to become the first “Fortune Global 500” company focusing on the main business of traditional Chinese medicine.
